This is basically just Room No 122 in the PGP Hostel 1 at NITIE Mumbai. It’s right near Vihar Lake, which is a nice landmark. If you’ve ever been to the campus, you know it’s very green but also gets quite humid during the monsoon months. The room itself is pretty small, honestly. It’s a typical hostel setup with a single bed, a wooden desk, and way too many books and papers piled up everywhere. Since we finished up as an Mba Pass Out From Nitie Mumbai, this has been the main base of operations. You can hear the other students talking in the hallway and sometimes the monkeys making noise outside near the lake. It’s not a business office in any traditional sense, but it’s where all the hard work happens. We spend a massive amount of time on our laptops here. The old ceiling fan makes a bit of clicking noise but you get used to it after a few days. Living and working in the same small space isn't always easy, but it’s what we have right now in this part of Maharashtra. The view towards the lake is probably the best part of the whole setup. It’s a bit of a trek to get into the main parts of Mumbai from here, so we usually just stay put most days and focus on our tasks. It’s a simple life, mostly focused on getting things finished and moving on to whatever comes next. Just a couple of us in a hostel room making things happen.
