Mayfair Housing

We’ve been working out of Dadar West for a good number of years now. Our office is tucked away in the Kalaika Darshan building, right on Baburao Parulekar Marg. You can find us at room B/20. The name on the door says Mayfair Housing, and that is exactly who we are. Dadar is always a bit chaotic with people rushing to the station, but we like the energy here. It’s a real part of Mumbai. Inside our office, things are pretty simple. We don't have fancy leather chairs or a big reception desk. It’s mostly just us, some old desks, and heaps of files related to housing projects. We spend most of our time talking to people about where they want to live and trying to figure out the best way to make that happen. Sometimes the ceiling fan makes a bit of noise and the traffic outside is loud, but we get our work done regardless. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch or use big corporate words. We just know about houses and buildings. A lot of our day is spent on the phone or looking at maps of the local area. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the decades. We just focus on the practical side of things, like paperwork and site visits. It’s a lot of mundane stuff, but it’s important. We’re just a small team of locals who know the city well and want to help others find a spot here too.
