We are located in Santacruz East, near the Vakola Bridge. Our office is Room No. 5 in the Gurukrupa Chawl, which is part of the D Mello Compound on D. M. Road. We go by Mayfair Housing Pvt. Ltd. We aren't in one of those big office buildings; we’re right here on the ground, which we think is better for staying connected to the neighborhood. Our day is usually filled with all sorts of housing-related tasks. We spend a lot of time talking to local residents and keeping track of our various property projects. It can get pretty noisy with the traffic from the bridge and the general bustle of the compound, but we don't mind it much. We aren't corporate types who wear fancy suits. We are just regular people who understand how housing works in this city. Our office is small and practical, with just enough room for us to do our work. We don't use any of that promotional language because it just doesn't feel right. We just do our jobs and try to be helpful. A lot of the people in the area know us by name, and we like that. It feels more like we’re part of a community rather than just a business. We show up every day, have our tea, and get to work on whatever needs attention. It’s just honest, everyday work, and we don’t try to pretend it’s anything more glamorous than that.
