You can find us in Jogeshwari East, right on the J.V. Link Road. We are in building number 19 of the MMRDA complex, up on the fourth floor in room 5-B. We operate as Mayfair Housing Pvt. Ltd. Being on the Link Road means there is a lot of noise and movement right outside our windows. It’s a fast-paced part of the city, and we’ve been part of it for a good while. Our office is a very simple space. We don't have any of the fancy stuff you see in big corporate offices. We just have our desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of work to get through. Most of what we do involves managing housing projects and dealing with all the details that come with them. It’s a lot of looking at site reports and talking to contractors on the phone. We don't use any marketing fluff or try to make things sound better than they are. We’re just a small team of people who work hard. Some days are quite long, especially when we have a lot of paperwork to catch up on. We aren't a big, impersonal firm; everyone here knows each other and we all pitch in where needed. We’ve been in the housing business for enough time to know that things don't always go perfectly, but we just deal with things as they come. We try to be straightforward and honest in everything we do, without any of the extra polish or empty promises.
