Mayfair Housing Pvt. Ltd

Our office is over in Borivali, located in the Raheja Estate. We are specifically in the Ekta Woods II building, unit 515. It’s a nice enough area on Kulupwadi Road, and we’ve been operating as Mayfair Housing Pvt. Ltd from this spot for a while now. Borivali is a busy place, but being inside the estate makes it feel a little more relaxed. We don't have a huge staff or a big corporate headquarters. It’s just a regular office where we handle all the housing work that comes our way. Our desks are usually covered in blueprints and notes from different sites. We spend a lot of our mornings checking emails and the afternoons dealing with various property issues. It’s not the most exciting work, but we take it seriously. We don't use any of that marketing talk because it just isn't who we are. We're just local people working in the real estate sector. If you come by, you’ll see we are just a bunch of regular folks trying to keep everything organized. The walk to the office is actually quite pleasant because of the trees around here. We like being part of this community. A lot of what we do involves helping people understand the local housing market without making things too complicated. We just stick to the facts and try to be as helpful as we can. It’s mostly about managing the small details that make a housing project work.
