You’ll find us at 405, Vijay Smruti, which is in Pendse Nager in Dombivli East. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is busy, but we don't mind. The area is quite lively, with plenty of shops and people moving about. We are a media group, but we operate on a very human scale. Our office is a modest space where we spend most of our waking hours. There are four or five of us usually, huddled over our screens. Dombivli is a place where people work hard, and we are no exception. We start our mornings early to beat the worst of the heat. The office is filled with the sound of clicking keyboards and the occasional radio in the background. We don't have any of those corporate policies that make everything feel stiff. We just talk to each other and get things done. Sometimes we have our lunch together on the small balcony if it’s not too sunny. We’ve been at this address for several years now, and the building feels like a second home. The walls are covered with old calendars and notes. It’s a practical environment for a practical team. We don't make big promises; we just put in the hours and try to do a decent job every single day. The evening train rush is something we always have to keep in mind before we head out.
