Maximo Construction Llp is situated on the 5th floor of the C Wing in Trade World, right in the middle of the Kamala Mill Compound. If you’ve ever been to Senapati Bapat Marg, you know how crowded and fast-paced it is around here. Our office is up in the clouds compared to the busy streets below. It’s a very different vibe from the construction sites we manage. Up here, it’s all about the logistics, the numbers, and the phone calls. We spend a good chunk of our day dealing with suppliers and making sure our crews have what they need to keep working. Kamala Mills is a busy hub, so there's always somewhere to grab a quick tea while we discuss the latest project. We don't try to sound like a big-shot firm; we’re just a group of people who know how to build things. Our office is usually full of stacks of paper and samples of tiles or paint. It can get a bit messy when we’re in the middle of a big job. We move around a lot, going from this office to various sites across the city. The traffic in Mumbai is always a challenge, so we have to plan our days carefully. We’ve been at this for a while and have seen many changes in the city’s skyline. We just keep our heads down and focus on the task at hand until the job is done.
