Marathon Realty Pvt. Limited

We are based out of Marathon Max, right there on the Mulund-Goregaon Link Road. If you know Mulund West, you know the traffic can be a bit much sometimes, but it's a good place to be. Marathon Realty Pvt. Limited has been around for a bit, and we mostly spend our time dealing with the properties nearby. Our office is at number 02, and it’s usually quite a busy place. We aren't really into the whole high-pressure sales thing. We just show people what’s available and let them decide. There is a lot to keep track of with the buildings going up and the older ones being sold. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting sites along the Link Road. It’s hard work, and sometimes things get a little messy with all the details you have to manage, but we get through it. We like being in Mulund because we know the shortcuts and the local shops. It feels like home. When someone comes into the office, they usually just want to know if a place is worth the money or if the paperwork is solid. We try to give them a straight answer without any fluff. It’s just us doing our jobs in a part of the city we know inside out. It isn't always perfect, but we try to be honest about what we're seeing in the market.
