Our office is in Bhandup East, specifically at Navyasodhara Apartment. It is unit A 30. If you know Hemapark, we are very close to that. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads, which is nice when you have a lot of paperwork to get through. We have been here for a good amount of time now. Marathon Realty Ltd is the name on the door, though most of us just call it the office. It is a regular apartment turned into a workspace. We have desks and chairs and files everywhere. The commute for some of us is a bit of a trek, but being near the station helps. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. There are no suits or big meetings here usually. It is just us sitting down and talking to people who need help with property stuff. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that right now. We see a lot of regulars from the neighborhood. Mumbai life is fast, so we just try to keep up. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall nearby. It is a simple setup and it works for what we need. If you are looking for us, just head toward Hemapark and you will find the building soon enough. It's a lived-in space that feels like part of the community for those who work here.
