Manomay Space Llp is our firm, and we are based over in Cumballa Hill. Specifically, you can find us at Maheshwari Niketan on Dr. Gopalrao Deshmukh Marg. We are on the third floor of plot 741, specifically in 5B. It’s a well-known part of Mumbai, and we’ve been here for a good while. Our office is not very big, just a few rooms where we handle all our project details. We do work related to space and property development in the city. It’s a small operation, so everyone has to do a bit of everything. There isn't any fancy corporate structure here. We just sit down and get to work. Cumballa Hill is a busy neighborhood, so there is always a lot of noise from the street, but we don't mind it much. We spend a lot of time dealing with the paperwork that comes with construction and land use. It’s not always the most exciting work, but it has to be done right. We don't go in for big marketing campaigns or anything like that. We just focus on the projects we have and try to make sure things move along as they should. Sometimes it feels like we are surrounded by piles of paper, but we know where everything is. We just keep things moving one step at a time and try to be honest with everyone we meet.
