Manish Karnik Architect & Associate is located in the Greenways Complex. Specifically, we are in Building Number 4, on the ground floor at G-3. This is in Mahajanwadi, which is part of the Miragaonthan area in Thane. The pin code is 401 104. Maharashtra is our base. Being on the ground floor is very convenient because people can just walk right in without waiting for a lift. Miragaonthan is a bit of an older, established area. It has its own pace. The Greenways Complex is a mix of people living and some small businesses like ours. Our office is a working space. It is filled with blueprints, files, and our computers. We don't have any big corporate branding or a lobby. It’s just Manish Karnik Architect & Associate on a simple board. We have been here for some time and we are quite used to the neighborhood. It’s a quiet enough spot to focus on our projects. Building 4 is easy to find once you get into the complex. We just keep things simple and focus on the work at hand. Most of our day is spent at our desks or talking about current projects. It’s an honest, practical office in a regular part of Thane. We aren't trying to be anything fancy. It’s just a place where we do our job every day and then head home. It works for us and our associates who come by for meetings.
