Manik Developers

Manik Developers operates out of a small space at Polly D’Mello Chawl, specifically 3/6. We are tucked behind the Shiv Sena office near Damle Colony in Kanjur Marg East. Mumbai is a crowded place, and our corner of it is no different. Being in a chawl means we are right in the middle of everything, which is helpful for a developer because you see how people actually live. We are not some high-rise office with glass walls. We are on the ground level, dealing with building projects and site plans. Kanjur Marg has been growing lately, and we have been watching it happen from our desk. It is a lot of running around to different sites and then coming back here to sort out the details. The office is simple, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of maps. It gets pretty humid here, especially in the monsoon, but we keep the fans going and stay busy. People from the colony often drop by just to say hello or ask about local work. We do not have a fancy reception desk. You just walk in and talk to whoever is available. It is a humble setup, but it is where all our planning happens. We focus on the local area because that is what we know the most about.
