You can find Mangal Darshan Tour&Travels at Puja Bhavan in Vile Parle, which is right near The Greater Mall. It’s a handy location because people often stop by while they are out shopping or doing errands. We’ve been here for a good number of years now. The office is small and filled with old calendars and maps on the walls. We spend the day looking at bus schedules and train timings for people who want to go on trips. It’s a lot of sitting and typing on the keyboard. Vile Parle is a nice area, though it gets very congested near the mall on weekends. We see a lot of the same faces coming in to ask about tickets or just to say hello. My desk is usually a mess of notes and pens. We don't really have a big team, just a couple of us who know the routes well. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait, which is frustrating when someone is standing right there. We just try to help folks get where they need to go. It’s a simple business. We don't do much marketing because word of mouth seems to work okay for us. Sometimes we stay open a bit late if a customer is coming from work. It’s just how we do things here.
