Manasvi Exim

Manasvi Exim operates out of an office on the 5th floor of Nirmala Niwas, which is part of the Prestige Omega building in the Epip Area of Parel. Being up on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding buildings, though most of the time we are too busy to look out the windows. Parel is a place that never seems to sleep, and you can hear the construction and the trains from here if you listen closely. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It's filled with desks, stacks of paperwork, and the sound of phones ringing or people typing away. We deal with a lot of international coordination, so sometimes we are here quite late or very early to catch people in different time zones. The building itself is busy with other businesses too, so the elevators are always a bit of a wait during lunch hours. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the quirks of the plumbing and the way the lights flicker sometimes. It’s a functional space meant for getting work done, not for showing off. We don't have a big lobby or fancy furniture. It's mostly just folders, computers, and a lot of coffee cups scattered around. Working in the Epip Area means we are right in the heart of the commercial action, which makes things easier for meeting people, even if the traffic downstairs is a nightmare most afternoons.
