Man Hans Travels operates out of Flat 1108 in Wing B of Oberoi P in Kandivali East. It’s a residential building, so it doesn’t feel like a cold office. Being near Thakur Cinema means there is always something happening around here. The traffic can be a mess during the evenings when movies are letting out. We handle travel bookings and car rentals mostly. The flat is high up, so you get a bit of a view, but we are usually too busy with the phones to look out. It’s a small team, just a couple of us handling the daily requests. We don't have a big storefront with posters. Most of our work happens over the computer or on the mobile. It feels more like a home office than anything else. We’ve been in Kandivali for a while now and know the local shortcuts. Sometimes clients come over to drop off documents or pick up tickets. It’s a bit informal, which we prefer. No suits or ties here. We just try to get the bookings right so people don't have trouble on their trips. The building security is a bit strict, so you have to sign in at the gate. It’s just part of the routine. We stay busy through the holiday seasons especially. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the drivers are on time. It's a hectic but good way to spend the day.
