Malpani Group

Malpani Group is based in units 9 and 10 at Adi House. We are on Gokhale Road North, and if you are looking for us, we are right opposite the Portuguese Church in Dadar West. It’s a very lively neighborhood, and there is always something happening outside near the church. Having two units gives us a bit of breathing room, but we still manage to fill the space with files and equipment. The building is a bit older, so it has its quirks, like the occasional leaky pipe or a door that doesn't want to close properly. We just deal with those things as they come. Our staff is like a small family, and we’ve been working together for a long time. The office doesn't have any modern art or fancy carpets. We just have functional desks and plenty of shelving for our records. The humidity in Dadar can be quite high, so we keep the fans going at full speed most of the day. We aren't a corporate giant, just a group of people working hard in a busy part of the city. We have a routine that works for us, starting with a quick meeting in the morning and then getting through the mountain of tasks on our desks. It’s a practical environment where the work comes first. We like being in this part of town because it feels very connected to the local community.
