Tratoli

Tratoli is tucked away in 209 Shah Arcade 3, right on Ranisati Marg in Malad. If you know the area, you know how hectic Malad can get, especially during the rush hour. Our office is on the second floor and it is a pretty quiet space compared to the street noise down below. We have a few desks, a lot of folders, and a couple of old maps pinned to the walls. We started this because we like to travel ourselves and ended up helping friends plan their trips so often that it turned into a full-time thing. It isn't a massive operation with a call center. It is just a few of us sitting here looking at schedules and trying to figure out the best ways to get from one place to another without spending too much. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait a bit to confirm things, but that is just how it goes. We handle a lot of phone calls from people asking about trains or flights while we sip on water from the cooler. The Shah Arcade building is a bit old, so the elevator is sometimes grumpy, but we are always here. We don't have fancy brochures with photoshopped beaches. We just tell people what the hotels are actually like and which roads are bumpy based on what we've heard from others.
