Our office is up on the eighth floor of Vikas Park, right near Mith Chowkey in Malad West. Being near the chowkey means there’s always a lot of noise and movement outside, but once you get up to D-801, it’s a bit quieter. We spend our days here working on various design projects. It’s a small space, mostly filled with computers and sketches spread out across the desks. We don't really have a fancy reception area because we’re usually too busy working on the actual designs. Malad is a busy place to be, and there’s a lot of competition around, but we just focus on what’s in front of us. Most of us have been working in design for a long time, so we’ve seen trends come and go. We don't use a lot of buzzwords to describe what we do. We just sit down, listen to what the client wants, and try to make it work. Sometimes we’re here late when a deadline is coming up, and other days it’s a bit more relaxed. We have a small team, and we all know each other well enough to just get on with things without a lot of unnecessary meetings. It's a decent way to work, honestly. We like being in Malad because everything we need is close by, even if the traffic at Mith Chowkey is a nightmare. It’s just how things are in this part of the city, and we’ve made our home here.
