We are over here at Romell Diva, just off the Link Road in Malad West. If you know the Chincholi Bunder area, you probably know where Bhujale Talao is, and we are right near that spot. It’s a busy part of the city, and our office is usually a bit of a hub for whatever is going on with the building and the local property scene. Most days, we’re just sitting here dealing with paperwork or talking to people who walk in off the street asking about what’s available. It’s not a fancy setup, just a desk and some chairs where we try to keep track of things. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud because of the main road, but you get used to it after a while. We’ve been around this part of Malad for a good bit now, so we know the shortcuts and the shops nearby quite well. Most people find us because they live in the neighborhood or they’re looking to move closer to the station side. We don't do much fancy advertising, just mostly word of mouth and people seeing the sign when they drive past. It’s a lot of mundane work, checking documents and making sure the keys are where they should be. We just try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. If you’re passing by the pond, you’ll likely see one of us standing outside grabbing a tea or talking to a neighbor. It's just a regular local business doing its thing day in and day out.
