You can find us at Shop No 18 in the Boomi Castle building. We’re right there in Malad West, which is a part of Mumbai that never seems to sleep. If you stand outside our shop, you can see the Goregaon Sports Club right across the road. It’s a busy landmark, so people usually don't have trouble finding us. Rishi Properties is just a local shop. We don’t have any fancy glass walls or a big reception area. It’s a small space where we keep our files and meet people. Often, the noise from the street comes right in, but we’re used to it. Dealing with property in Malad keeps us on our toes. There’s always someone looking for a flat or trying to sell an old place nearby. We just handle the basics. We know the streets around here pretty well because we walk them every day. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. Sometimes we sit on the chairs outside the shop when it’s too hot inside. We’ve been in Boomi Castle for a long time now. Most of our neighbors are also small business owners, so it’s a nice community feeling. We don't do big advertisements. Most people just walk in because they saw our sign or heard about us from someone else in Malad. It’s just honest, local work. We keep things simple and don't make any big fuss about what we do.
