Evershine Properties

If you are looking for us, we are over at Shop No 5 in Suhas Terrace, right on the Muglisara Main Road in Malad West. It is a small shop, but it gets the job done for Evershine Properties. Being on the main road means there is always noise from the rickshaws and people walking by, but we like being where the action is. We spend our days helping people find apartments or shops around this part of Malad. The office is crowded with folders and a couple of computers that sometimes run a bit slow. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know these streets like the back of our hands. Malad has changed so much since we first started out here. There are new towers going up everywhere you look. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking to different buildings to check out a place for a client. It is a lot of legwork, especially when the weather is hot or it’s pouring rain during the monsoon. We try to keep things simple and honest because that’s how we like to be treated too. It’s not a corporate environment here. People just walk in, sit down on the plastic chairs, and tell us what they are looking for. We do our best to keep track of what’s available in the neighborhood. It is a busy life, but it keeps us on our toes.
