Make My Trip India is right here in Bhandup East, specifically in the Prashant Sagar housing society. Our office is in Block E1, Room Number 4. If you are coming by train, we are just opposite the Nahur railway station, which makes it very easy to find us after you get off. Jaideep Nagar is a busy little area and we have been part of it for some time. We spend our days helping people sort out their travel plans, whether it’s a bus ticket or a flight. It’s a regular office with desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. Sometimes the noise from the station is a bit much, but you get used to it after a week. We don’t have any fancy decorations or big slogans on the walls. It’s just a place where we work. We talk to the locals who walk in with questions about their trips. Mumbai life is fast, so we try to keep up with the bookings and the constant changes in schedules. We aren't trying to be the biggest or anything, just a reliable spot for the people in our neighborhood. We drink our tea, handle the emails, and make sure the tickets are printed correctly. It’s honest work and we like being so close to the station where everything happens. You can just drop by when you’re passing through after your commute.
