MAJESTIC LAND DEVELOPER LLP

Churchgate is a busy place, and we’re right in the middle of it at Manek Mahal on Veer Nariman Road. Majestic Land Developer LLP has been operating from this spot for a while now. It’s an old building, the kind you see everywhere in this part of Mumbai, with high ceilings and that specific smell of old paper and sea air. Most days are spent looking at maps and talking to people about land parcels. We don’t have fancy stuff here, just desks and a lot of files. The train station is right there, so there is always a crowd outside. Sometimes it’s hard to hear each other over the traffic, but you get used to it. We handle land development, which mostly means a lot of running around and phone calls. It isn't always glamorous, honestly. There is a small tea stall nearby where we go when things get too hectic in the office. Working in South Bombay has its own rhythm. You see the same faces every morning near the gate. We’ve stayed in this 90 Veer Nariman Road office because it’s easy for people to find us. It’s not a big corporate setup, just a few of us trying to get the work done and keeping track of various projects across the city. The office is usually messy with blueprints spread out everywhere. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the daily tasks at hand.
