Mahi Travels

You can find Mahi Travels on the ground floor of Sujal Mansion in Kalbadevi. This part of the city is always moving, and we are right in the center of all that energy. Our office is a modest one, just a room where we help people with their travel arrangements. Whether someone needs to book a seat on a bus or find a car for a trip out of town, we try to help them out. It’s not a high-tech operation. We have our phones and our ledgers, and we spend a lot of time talking to drivers and transport operators. Kalbadevi is a crowded place, and sometimes it's hard to even hear over the noise of the street outside. We’ve been here for a good while, so we’ve seen a lot of different people come through our door. Some are going on holiday, others are traveling for work or to visit family. We don't have any flashy brochures or big sales pitches. We just give people the information they need about timings and prices. Sometimes things get delayed or plans change, and we have to spend the afternoon on the phone sorting it out. It’s just a regular local travel spot where we try to make things a little easier for people who need to get somewhere. It’s busy work, but we like hearing about the different places people are going and why they are going there.
