Maharashtra Tours & Travels

We are located in Santacruz West, which is a lively and well-known part of the city. Maharashtra Tours & Travels is a small office where we focus on helping people get around the state. We are not too far from the station, so the area is always packed with people and rickshaws. The office itself is quite modest. We have a couple of desks and a few posters of various landmarks around Maharashtra pinned to the walls. It is a place where we sit down and talk through travel plans with anyone who walks in. The atmosphere is very casual. We often have the door open to let in some air, though that also means we get all the noise from the busy street. We spend a lot of our time on the phone, checking on vehicle availability and talking to hotels. Santacruz West has a certain charm to it, and we like being part of the local community here. Sometimes people just stop by to ask for directions or to see what the weather is like in the hills. We do not have any fancy brochures or high-tech displays. It is just us, our diaries, and a lot of local knowledge about the best routes to take. We have been doing this for a while and we know the roads pretty well. It is a simple, honest way to make a living, and we enjoy the daily interactions with the people who come through our door.
