Mahalakshmi Tours Service is located at Shop No 5 in the K T Tiwari Market. You can find us in M Andheri East, right across from the Nandu Store. It is a pretty busy area with a lot of people moving around all day. We have been in this shop for a good while now. Most of our time is spent sitting at the desk, taking calls, and making sure the drivers are where they need to be. It gets a bit noisy with all the market activity just outside the door, but we have gotten used to it. People often stop by after they finish their shopping across the street just to ask about travel or to book a ride for later in the week. We don’t have a big corporate office or a fancy waiting area for customers. There are just a few chairs and a desk where we keep our logs and records. Sometimes we take a small break when the local tea seller passes by the market. It is a simple, small operation. We just focus on keeping the cars running and making sure the routes are planned out properly for everyone. Working in M Andheri East means dealing with a lot of traffic, but we know the neighborhood very well. We’ve stayed in this market because it’s where our regular customers know to find us. It’s not a polished business, just a local spot where we do our work every day.
