MAHAGANPATI HOUSING LLP

We’ve been based out of Lower Parel for a while now, specifically in the Mathuradas Mill Compound. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy this area gets, especially with all the offices tucked away in these old mill buildings. We are over at Unit 3-5 in Neeru Silk Mills on N M Joshi Marg. It’s not a fancy glass tower or anything like that, just a solid place where we get our work done every day. The morning commute from the station is always a bit of a rush, but once you get inside the compound, it’s a different world. We spend a lot of time looking at floor plans and documents at our desks. There’s always someone coming in or out, and the noise from the street outside never really stops. Our office is practical. We have some desks, a lot of files, and a coffee machine that gets used more than it probably should. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Living and working in this part of the city means you get used to the constant energy. Sometimes we just step out to the local stalls for a quick bite during lunch. It’s a real place with real people trying to make things happen in the housing sector. We don't have a big reception desk or anything, just us doing our jobs in this little corner of 400013.
