We are located at Shastri Hall on Tardeo Road, which is right near Bhatia Hospital. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of noise from the street outside. Our office isn't very large, but we manage to handle everything from here. We spend our days helping people figure out their trips and bookings. Since we focus on Mahabaleshwar, we talk about the hills and the weather there a lot, even though we are sitting in the middle of Mumbai’s heat. Most of us have lived in this area for a long time, so we know the neighborhood inside out. Customers often drop by while they are out doing their shopping or visiting the hospital nearby. We keep things pretty straightforward. There’s a computer, some chairs for visitors, and plenty of notes stuck to the walls. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches. It’s just us answering the phones and replying to messages as they come in. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when everyone wants to travel at the same time, especially during the holidays. We just take it one person at a time. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy. It’s nice helping people get away from the city for a few days, even if we are still stuck here in the traffic. We just try to get the details right so nobody has a headache later when they are supposed to be relaxing.
