We are based out of Kinston Tower in Vishnu Park. Our office is Flat No. 401 in Building 19. It’s right near Viva College, so the whole area is always full of energy and students walking around. It makes coming to work feel less like a chore. The tower is part of a larger complex, and it can be a little confusing for visitors to find building 19 at first. We usually tell them to look for the college landmark to get their bearings. Inside, our office is basically a residential flat that we’ve converted. It has a homey feel to it, which we like. We deal with spaces, mainly residential projects in the surrounding areas. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with contractors at the site. The living room area of the flat is where we have our main work stations. We don’t have a fancy board room, so we just sit around the dining table for our meetings. It works for us. Sometimes the sounds of the college students laughing outside drift up to the fourth floor. It’s a nice change from the usual city traffic. We don't have a big corporate setup. It’s just us trying to make sure the building projects are moving along. We handle our own paperwork and keep our own schedules. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business.
