We've been over here at Sonal Apartments in I.C. Colony for a while now. Borivali is a busy place, and that’s basically what we deal with every day. It’s mostly about getting signs and boards up where people can actually see them while they’re stuck in traffic or walking to the station. Madison Outdoor Media Solutions isn't a huge fancy office, just a workspace where we figure out the logistics of outdoor spots. Mumbai has so many rules about where you can put things, and the weather doesn't always help either. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites making sure things aren't falling down or fading in the sun. It’s a lot of coordination. Sometimes the printing takes longer than expected, or the guy with the ladder is late, but we just get through it. People know where to find us if they need a hoarding sorted out. We just keep our heads down and handle the media side of things as they come. It’s not always pretty work, especially when it’s raining, but it’s what we do. Our desks are usually covered in proofs and site maps. If you’re around Borivali, you’ve probably seen some of the spots we manage without even realizing it’s us behind the scenes. We just try to make things work for the brands that come to us. We’ve lived in this neighborhood for years, so we understand the local rhythms and where people actually look when they are out.
