Madhu Muskan Developers Private Limited

Madhu Muskan Developers is located on Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Road in Mumbai. We are in the King Building, which is plot 151, right near the Dr. Shirodkar area. The address is a bit of a mouthful with the floor 0 and R-1 bits, but basically, we are on the ground level. It is an old building, very typical for this part of Mumbai near Parel. We do development work, mostly smaller projects around the city. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our maps and talk to contractors. We have been in this area for a bit, so we know the neighbors and the local shops. It’s a busy road, always plenty of noise from the buses and taxis outside. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, one of us is around to answer the door if we aren't at a site. We just focus on getting buildings up and making sure the work is solid. It's a lot of back-and-forth with the city offices and the workers. We aren't trying to be the biggest developers in the world, just decent ones who get things done in our own way. It is a bit dusty sometimes with the construction talk and the old building, but it feels like home to us. We just keep working and trying to build things properly for the people who live and work around here.
