Madan Travels

We are over in Andheri West, in the Sakinaka area. Our office is Flat No 304 in Building No 3, and we are quite close to the Shraddha Vihar Ashram. If you know Sakinaka, you know that the traffic can be a real nightmare, so we spend a lot of our day listening to the horns honking outside. The office itself is just a regular flat that we have converted into a workspace. It feels a bit like a home, which I suppose makes sense given where it is located. We have a few desks squeezed in and a lot of files tucked into every available corner. Dealing with travel means we are constantly looking at clocks and calendars. There is always a sense of being in a rush, whether we are booking a ticket or arranging a car for someone. We don't have any professional decorators coming in to make the place look like a corporate office. It’s got mismatched chairs and a fan that squeaks a bit when it’s on the high setting. Most of our customers are people from the local area who have been coming to us for years. They know we are just regular people trying to help them get their travel plans sorted. We don't use any fancy systems, just a lot of hard work and staying on top of the details. It can be stressful when things get busy, but we just take it one task at a time. It's just how we do things. No big deals.
