Machine Tools India is mostly run through our email these days. You can find us at the Yahoo address if you need to get a hold of us for anything. We deal with various bits of machinery and different parts that people need for their shops. It is not a very glamorous business, mostly just keeping track of inventory and seeing who needs what shipped where. We spend a lot of our time looking at spec sheets and making sure the numbers match up. Sometimes things get a bit messy with the logistics and the shipping companies, but we try to keep it all straight. It has been a few years since we first set this up. We do not have a big storefront where you can walk in and browse through tools. It is more about the nuts and bolts of the industry. If someone needs a specific tool for a job, they send us a message and we see if we can find it in the warehouse. Usually, we are just sitting at the desk checking the inbox to see what has come in. It is a simple way to do things and it works for us. We do not use any fancy software, just the basics to stay in touch with customers. The tools we handle are heavy and usually pretty greasy, so we keep the paperwork separate. We keep at it because people always need tools.
