Machine House (India) Pvt Ltd is based out of W-82 (A) in the MIDC area of Ambad. It’s a typical industrial spot. We spend most of our time on the factory floor. The air always smells a bit like oil and metal, which is just part of the job. We’ve been in Ambad for quite some time now. It’s a good location for us because everything we need is right here in the industrial zone. We aren’t big on fancy meetings or long presentations. Usually, we just huddle up near the machines to figure out the plan for the day. Things go wrong sometimes, like a machine acting up or a shipment getting delayed by rain. We just handle it as it comes. It’s a straightforward operation. We have a small crew and everyone knows what they are supposed to do. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a big project, and other times it’s a bit quieter. We aren't trying to sound like a huge multinational company. We are just a group of people in a workshop in Ambad. Most of us have been working together for years, so we’re more like a bunch of grumpy brothers than coworkers. We value the fact that we can just show up and get to work without much fuss. The office part is small, mostly just for the accounts and some files. It works for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
