Mabruk

Mabruk is located on the ground floor opposite the Domestic Airport in Bombay, 400099. We are in a very busy spot because of all the people flying in and out. There is always noise from the planes and the traffic outside. We have a small place here and we stay busy from the moment we open. Travelers come in looking for a place to sit for a bit before their flight or after they land. We don't have any big corporate goals or fancy mission statements. We are just here to do a job. The floors need a lot of mopping because of all the foot traffic. We have a small kitchen and a few tables. The staff knows how to work fast because people are usually in a hurry to catch a plane. We don't use any special language to talk about our business. We just serve food and keep the place running. Sometimes it gets very crowded and we have to move fast. That is just how life is when you are across from an airport in a city like Bombay. We have been here for a while and we have a good routine. We don't do much advertising. People find us because they are right there at the airport. It is a practical business in a very fast-paced area and we just keep at it every day.
