M S Shah Developers Pvt Ltd is tucked away in Green Field, specifically at B/3/102. We are located in Andheri East, in the Village Alour area on Badinpur Road. A good way to find us is to look for the Marol Fire Brigade, as we are right behind it. It’s a busy industrial and residential mix around here. We’ve been in this office for quite a while now. The building is a bit older, but it serves us well. Working as developers means we are often out on sites, but B/3/102 is where all the planning happens. There’s always a siren or some noise from the fire brigade, but we’ve stopped noticing it. We don’t have a flashy showroom. Most of our space is taken up by blueprints and samples of building materials. We are a small team and we do most of the work ourselves. Andheri East is a tough place to get around sometimes, but it’s where all the action is. We focus on building things that last and don’t worry too much about the latest trends. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours. We don’t use any corporate speak here. We just talk about bricks, cement, and deadlines. It’s a practical life and we are happy with it. Our office can be a bit dusty from the construction plans, but that’s just how we work. We focus on the building, not the polish.
