We are based in Kalyan West, specifically at Shankeshwar Kiran Society in Wayle Nagar. Our office is up on the sixth floor, in room 601. It’s a residential building, so it doesn’t feel like a cold business office. We deal with land and property matters around here. It’s a lot of paperwork and meetings with people looking to buy or sell. We’ve lived and worked in Kalyan for a long time, so we know the streets and the different neighborhoods pretty well. We don't have a big reception desk or a bunch of salespeople in suits. Usually, it’s just a couple of us sitting around a table with some tea, looking at maps and documents. People come to us because they want to talk to someone who actually lives in the area. We try to keep things straightforward. Buying land can be a headache with all the rules, so we just help walk people through it. Sometimes the elevator in the building is a bit slow, but the view from the office is okay. We don't do much advertising; mostly it’s just neighbors telling neighbors about us. It’s a quiet way to work, and we prefer it that way. We aren't some giant developer; we’re just a local office helping people find a spot for their homes or businesses. It’s decent work and keeps us connected to the town.
