Working in Maharashtra means there is always something going on outside our windows. The office is where we handle all the engineering stuff that comes our way. It isn't a massive corporate headquarters or anything like that. It is more of a practical space where we can sit down and focus on the tasks at hand. Most of us take the train or bus to get here, and Sahar Road is always buzzing with people and traffic. We've got our desks set up and we just get to work every morning. There’s a lot of talking, sketching out ideas, and checking numbers. It’s the kind of place where you might find a stray tea cup on a desk next to a pile of blueprints. We don't put on an act for anyone; we're just regular people doing engineering work. Some days the humidity in Mumbai is tough, but we keep the fans going and stay on top of the schedule. It feels like a neighborhood business because we’ve been here for a bit and know the local shops. We just try to do honest work and stay out of the way of the chaos.
