M M Travel is located right across from Building No 95 in Nehru Nagar. It’s a small room, Lh-526, but it stays busy. Kurla East is a crowded place, and we are right in the middle of it. People stop by all day asking about bus tickets or trains. We have a couple of desks and some old chairs for people to sit while they wait. It’s not a fancy travel agency with posters of the Eiffel Tower everywhere. We just focus on getting people where they need to go. Mostly it's locals from the neighborhood. Some days the phones don't stop ringing. We handle a lot of bookings and try to keep track of all the changes. It’s a lot of work for a small team. We don't have a big corporate office or anything. It's just this room in Nehru Nagar. My cousin helped me set up the computers last year. We drink a lot of tea while we work. If you come by, you’ll probably see me or one of the boys checking schedules. We don't promise anything we can't do. It’s just honest work. We’ve been here in Mumbai-400024 for a good few years now. The neighborhood knows us. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to stay open and keep the customers satisfied with their tickets. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but we like being right here where the people are.
