M M GRAND RESIDENCY LLP

You can find us at The Centrium in Kurla West. We are on the 4th floor, Unit 4. It is right there at Phoenix Market City. If you have ever tried to find parking there on a weekend, you know how crazy the whole area gets. We are M M Grand Residency. We work on housing and residency projects in the city. Our office is right in the middle of all that Kurla bustle. It is a modern building, which is nice, but inside our unit, it looks like any other working office. There are folders piled everywhere and people are always talking loudly on their mobiles. We deal with a lot of people looking for a place to live or investors checking on how their units are coming along. The view from the 4th floor is not much, just the mall roof and the traffic down below. We spend a lot of time in meetings that seem to go on for hours. We do not have a big corporate speech prepared for anyone. We just tell people what the actual situation is with the building progress. The commute to Kurla is tough for most of us, so we try to make the office as comfortable as we can. We have a small corner for making tea and coffee. It is a busy life here, but we like being near the center of the action.
