We've been here in Kandivali West for a long time now. The workshop is at the Govt. Industrial Estate in Charpok. It gets loud here with the machines running all day long. My father started things and now we just keep it going ourselves. Most days we are busy with metal work and fixing parts that come in from other shops nearby. It is not a fancy place, just grease and tools everywhere. We usually open up early before the sun gets too hot for the guys. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. The address is easy to find if you know where Charpok is. We handle a lot of different orders, some big and some very small. If someone needs a part turned or welded, they just drop by. It is mostly just us doing the same things every week. There is always a pile of scrap in the corner that we need to clear out but never do. The fans don't do much in the summer heat but we're used to it. It is just honest work. We have some guys who have been with us for ten years now. They know the machines better than I do probably. We just try to get the jobs done so people can pick their stuff up on time. It's a bit messy but it works for us. We don't have a website or anything like that, people just know the name M K And Sons Engineering and where to find us in the estate.
