M J Travel

M J Travel is based in Sagar Society in Malad West. We are in Building No 53, specifically in unit 226. It’s a residential society, so it’s a bit quieter than being on the main road, which we like. Most of the people who come to us are neighbors or people living nearby in Malad. We handle travel bookings and help people figure out their trips. The office is small and tucked away, filled with brochures and old calendars. It’s just a couple of us working here. We spend a lot of time checking prices and looking at schedules on the computer. It’s not a high-tech setup, just the basics to get the job done. Sometimes we have tea with the people who stop by to ask about ticket prices. We’ve been here for a good amount of time, so we know the area well. It’s a comfortable place to work. We don't have any big signs or neon lights, just a small board so people know they’ve found the right door. Dealing with cancellations and delays can be a headache, but we just try to sort it out as it comes. We aren't a big travel agency chain, just a local spot where you can talk to a real person. It feels more like helping out friends than just running a business. That’s how we prefer to do things. The building is a bit old, but it’s home for us. We stay open until six most days.
