We are located at Raikar Chambers in Govandi East. Our unit is number 3, right on Productivity Road. We deal mostly with lubricants and chemical products for industrial use. It’s not the most exciting business in the world, but it’s what we know how to do. The office is small and usually smells a bit like oil or chemicals, which you get used to after about five minutes of being inside. We spend most of our time on the phone or checking the stock we have in the back. Productivity Road is always busy with vans and trucks, so there is a lot of noise coming in from the street throughout the day. We’ve been here for several years now. We aren't looking to become a giant company; we just like doing our work and going home to our families. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. If someone needs a specific type of grease or industrial fluid, they usually find our number and give us a call. We have a few regular clients who have been with us since we first started out. We don't promise anything fancy. We just provide the products we have and try to be honest about how long the delivery will take. Sometimes the shipments are late, and we have to explain that to the customers. That’s just how it goes sometimes. It’s a practical business for a practical area like Govandi East. We aren't trying to change the world, just keeping things running.
