So, we are Loyalty Solutions & Research Ltd. and you can find us over at 37, Gulab Mahal Building in Tardeo. It is right in the Mumbaicentral(W) area, zip code Mumbai-34. The building is one of those older ones that has seen a lot of history in the city. We spend most of our time looking at data and trying to figure out what people actually want. It is a bit of a maze getting here if you are not used to the Tardeo traffic. We have a small team tucked away inside the office. There is not much to say about the decor, as it is mostly just desks and grey files. We deal with research and points and stuff like that. It gets noisy outside with the cars and the street life, but inside it is usually just the sound of typing. We have been in this spot for a bit. It works for us because the location is central. Some of the windows do not open right but the light is good. If you are coming from the station, it is a short ride. We do not do big presentations or have those fancy coffee machines you see on television. We just do the work. It is practical and straightforward. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due. That is the life of a research firm in Mumbai. You get used to the pace after a while.
