LOOM CRAFTS MODUTECH BUILDING SOLUTIONS

We are located over at Prem Kutir on Babubhai Chinai Road, right near the Yogakshema LIC building in Churchgate. Being on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we are looking at stacks of paperwork and samples of building materials. Churchgate is always humming with people, and our office is no different. We focus on modular building solutions, which basically means we look at how to put things together more efficiently. It’s a lot of technical stuff, but at the end of the day, it's just about making sure a structure stands up and serves its purpose. We have been in this spot at Plot 177 for a while now. The elevators can be a bit slow in the morning when everyone is heading to their offices, but we don't mind the wait. Our days are filled with phone calls to suppliers and trying to figure out the best way to fit a design into a specific budget or space. It is a bit of a specialized field, but we try to keep things straightforward. There is no corporate polish here, just a team that knows a lot about modutech and construction. We handle the design side and the practical building side, often at the same time. Sometimes we stay late when a project gets complicated, but that’s part of the trade. We’re just a local Mumbai business doing what we know how to do.
