Lokhandwala Group

We are the Lokhandwala Group and we are located in the Girgaum area of Mumbai. Our office is in the Saptarshi Chs Ltd building, specifically in Room 312 on the third floor. You have to come down Borbhat Cross Lane to find us. Girgaum is one of those old-school parts of Mumbai with a lot of character and narrow lanes. The pin code is 400 004. Being on the third floor, we get a bit of a break from the noise of the street, but you can still hear the city life going on outside. It's a modest office space. We aren't into big, flashy decorations. It’s just where we do our business. The lane can get pretty crowded, so getting here can be a bit of a challenge sometimes, but that’s just part of being in this part of Mumbai. We’ve been here for a long time and we know the area well. Most of our day is spent handling the usual paperwork and meetings that keep the group going. We don't have any polished corporate speeches. It’s just us, working in a regular building in a busy part of town. We try to keep things simple. If you're looking for us, just look for the Saptarshi building on the cross lane. It’s a simple setup for a local team. We've gotten used to the quirks of this building over the years, from the elevator that occasionally acts up to the way the rain sounds on the windows during monsoon.
