You can find us at the Bhavanimata Co-Op Housing Society in Mumbai. We are on the 4th floor, at address A/5, 20. Being in this part of Maharashtra means we are always surrounded by the hustle of the city. Lokhandwala Group has been around for quite a while, and this office is where a lot of the daily decisions happen. It is not a shiny glass skyscraper or anything like that. It is a regular building where real work gets done. We have a small team here that looks after various projects and properties. Sometimes the elevators are a bit slow, and the hallways can get crowded with neighbors, but it is home to us. We do not go in for fancy talk or trying to impress people with big corporate language. We just focus on our building projects and making sure the paperwork is in order. People know the Lokhandwala name in Mumbai, and we try to live up to that by just being reliable and showing up every day. Our desks are usually piled with blueprints and site reports. It is a busy atmosphere but we like the energy of it.
