Logibuild Infra Projects Private Limited is located at 402, Express Building on 14-E Road in Churchgate. It’s a decent office in a part of Mumbai that has a lot of history. We’ve been working out of here for a while, focusing on infrastructure projects. Churchgate is always humming with activity, especially with the station nearby. Our office is a place where we sit down and try to map out how to get things built. It’s not always easy because infrastructure involves so many moving parts. We deal with engineers, laborers, and government offices. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails. We aren't the type to use a lot of marketing fluff. We just tell it like it is. If a project is going to be difficult, we say so. We’ve got a small group of people who have been in this industry for years. We know the ropes. Sometimes we spend more time at the actual project sites than in the office at Express Building. That’s just the nature of the job. You can’t build something from a desk. We try to stay practical and keep our heads down. It’s about getting the work done right so we can move on to the next one. We’re just a regular company trying to do a solid job in a busy city. There is always a lot to do, and we just try to take it one day at a time without too much fuss.
