It is a typical Mumbai office setup where space is used well. We are on the ground level or first few floors, and the street outside is usually full of life. You can hear the rickshaws and people going about their business all day. Inside, we just focus on the tasks we have. It is a lot of coordination and making sure the papers are signed and the projects are moving. We aren't into the whole high-pressure corporate vibe; we just like to get our work done properly. Sometimes the humid weather makes things a bit slow, but the fans keep us going. We know the local shops around J.S. Marg pretty well by now. It is a decent place to be based. We have a small team and everyone knows what they are supposed to do. No one is trying to impress anyone with big words or fancy presentations. We just talk like normal people and try to stay organized. It is just a regular office life in a busy part of Maharashtra.
