Lodha Group

We are over in Sion East, at the Mhada Colony in Pratiksha Nagar. Our place is in Building A/1, specifically in rooms 007 and 008. It's a ground floor setup, which makes it very easy to get in and out of. Lodha Group has been here in this part of Mumbai for a good bit now. It’s a busy colony with lots of families and all kinds of activity going on at all hours. We often hear kids playing outside or people chatting as they walk by our window. It’s definitely not a sterile or quiet office building. We’ve got two rooms joined together so we have enough space for our desks and all our equipment. The pin code here is 400 022. We keep things very low-key. We don't have any huge signs or flashy advertisements outside. We just focus on the work we have in front of us and try to do it well. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons during the summer, but we manage. We aren't some big corporate machine with thousands of employees. We are just a small team doing our thing here in Pratiksha Nagar. Most people in the colony know us by now. We go to the same small shops for our daily tea and afternoon snacks. It’s a very local way of life. We don't make big promises or use fancy marketing language. We just show up at Building A/1 and get the day started. It’s a practical spot and it suits our needs just fine. We like being part of the neighborhood.
